Miinot Gelato in Pascoe Vale South
Fresh natural flavours and ‘velvet smooth’ textures accentuate the artisan gelato found at Miinot Gelato. This is another locale where locals queue for the gelato goodness found here, and there’s standing room only. You’ll find traditional flavours, yet the vegan options give rise to unexpected combinations – avocado and fig, mousse, and ‘gigi’. All flavours are made onsite, then smeared into cups with spatulas.

This city-centric locale specialises in house made gelato and sorbetti, cold pressed juices and Romcaffe coffee alongside Spring Street Grocer.
